Refund Eligibility

• The product cannot be activated due to a verified issue on our end.
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded via bKash/Nagad/Rocket or Bank account  within 48 hours.
